hmm it's something in the similarity and it's made by the twin brother of Naruto's mangaka : 666satan, they also just finished serialisation. Another manga about the extinct of a specy (alien specy) is Shion, it's a Shoujo manga though and has deep meanings, It doesn't have much action though.
Another manga I commend is Berserk, it doesn't go to the point of extinction of mankind YET but it does almost go to the enslave of mankind to the darkness and there is no *light-side* the only hope lies within the strength of one group of fighters who have come together (through circumstances) It got alot of action though, it's also bloody and things like murder and rape are not rare either. But the story on itself is not bad. it's a Must read. |
