When I discovered it just last September, Fullmetal Alchemist was the first anime I had watched for 7 years, and I was astounded by its brilliance. It has an incredible capacity for emotion ranging from chilling drama to hilarious interplay, with its beautiful storyline and even more lovable characters. I couldn't believe that I had missed out on such an awesome story for so long.
I've since found plenty of other anime that I enjoy, but no other series has endeared itself to me as much as FMA. I can't say enough good things about it. |
