This has been a contraversial issue over the world.
The church, the different governement of the world has had their stand about this specific issue and all of them have strong basis.
Personally, I think Death penalty should be allowed but thoroughly reviewed by a trusted and selected members, carefully selected and renowned to have a strong sense of justice
