No, I don't think we should have the Death Penalty. There have been some that were found not to be the actual culprits after being sentenced the death penalty. Their lives were saved and they were set free. But who knows what could have happened if they were killed earlier.....Now I'm not saying this happens a lot. Maybe .01% of the time at best, maybe. However, for the sake of that .01% of the people who are actually innocent, I don't think the death penalty is a good idea. I'm actually for the bread-and-water treatment back in the old days for prisoners, where they actually had no rights. These days, they get too many benefits from where I'm looking, lol.
