No. We have a right to our privacy, and if they want to violate that right, they should have a valid reason and back it up with evidence. Plus I really don't see the point of breeding distrust and resentment towards the government in the public by putting these measures in place, when you'd want the community to be more united and receptive to the government so any threat can be faced together. Maybe I'm just naive, but that's what I think. |
