So I know a good amount about computers, but one area I never dealt with is DVD's. I never had any need to. However, with my current amount of anime I am looking to start burning some of them onto dvd's.

Does anyone have any knowledge/good programs of how to burn anime's to dvd's? Is it possible to keep them separated as well, like 4-5 episodes per disc and actually be able to pick an episode? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
