I would go first with the first two movies, then the series and Solid State Society at the end.

The first movie has an old animation and was the first to come out, the second movie continues the story of the first.

Then it's SAC and SAC 2nd (no relations to the first two movies), and the movie Solid SS continues after the end of the series.
