Shaq brings lots of things Marion can't as well. Experience and leadership is first and formost. Shaq just asolutly dwarfs Marion there. Plus is a better defensive player to boot. Also sure he may be less athletic than Marion overall, but Shaq has way more power and strength. He will be ale to dominate the inside game on the defensive end as well as be a force on the offensive side when they need to change gears.
