@doc I take it that your not the owner of a premium MU account
first of all when MU opens you'll be asked to type a 3 letter code into a dialogue box and click enter
once that is done you will move to the download screen there will be two collumes with two options the one on the left is for buying a premium account
the one on the right is for free downloads, when using free downloads you have to wait 2-3 minutes before you can start your download there should be a time limit counting down above the download icon when this time has elapsed you can click the download icon and begin

back on topic MU all the way I hate thje way rapidshare puts limits on their premium accounts
