For your information, Sangakki is not the third season. From the looks of the school rumble series, there will be 2 OVA's released for school rumble in July 17th 2008 which is school rumble third semester. Heres the proof.

*"The next OVA, titled School Rumble 3rd Semester and containing two episodes will be bundled with volumes 21 and 22 of the School Rumble manga, the first of which is to be released on July 17 2008"*
