from the looks of the end of episode 15, I think Lelouch will most likely end up with C.C so far because...

However i don't mind if Lelouch ends up with Kallen but at the moment, Kallen is worryed about Oghi. There is also the possibility that Lelouch won't end up with anyone else after hearing that Shirley loved him till the end.
