lol feels weird to do c213 summary when c212 is not done, but i'm sure most of us already have an idea of whats going on in c212
as for summary:
1. falco notifies the remaining ex-SF members of a battle but sora and kiriku is not interested in fighting... falco then also introduces the battle ground - Long Osborn(? sorry not really sure what to make of the word sound) Street
2. having done all the introduction, falco sees how kogarasumaru reacts after having known that they will be fighting ex-SF... kazu is taking it as a joke, onigiri doesnt care and is havingf ero-dreams of his own "-_-, nakayama and emily is wondering why they are there and wants to go back quick while most importantly, agito and ikki is insanely happy from the depths of their heart for being to fight the ex-SF as a measure of their abilities now...
3. as kogarasumaru prepares for their match and ikki calls for sora to start the match already, kiriku asks sora if he knows them but sora says he doesnt and it isnt suprising that they know him since he's famous and all... anyway, agito then explains saying that the ex-SF doesnt know who they are yet and that their AT-models are also very old... ikki added that rika doesnt seem to recognise kazu and ikki, who should only be in primary 2/3 at that time... having said that, it seems though that rika is on to something since she is doing some silent thinking...
4. falco then reminds kogarasumaru of the reality that they are currently being drugged by a neuro-toxin and that the time-limit is 30 mins, after which if they loses and did not manage to secure the antidote inside the balloon, their nervous system would be corroded and would not be able to ride AT anymore, just like how he lost his freedom and sky last time...
5. as the battle is about to start in a minute, it is decided that it will be a 6v6 match but because sora and kiriku is totally not interested in fighting, agito and ikki sees no point in fighting too...because of that ikki comes up with a plan - to make agito grab rika's (quote) "tata's" ^.^ after repeated attempts, rika finally blows his top and launches her kick by which ikki uses agito as a shield
the plan seems to work though, with sora and kiriku finally asking for them to be switched in to the battle with intent on killing them >.<
6. seeing sora behave like that, ikki tell him though, that he's somewhat relaxed a little because it seems sora is somewhat serious towards rika at that time... and ikki also added that if its to battle sora who's like that (without any evil intent yet), he's even willing to bet his emblem
Finally, the battle with the strongest combination of the ex-SF!!

lol, funny chapter in an obvious way, especially how kiriku and sora reacts when they see rika being fan-serviced like that ^_^ considering that sora actually really liked rika back then, wonder if he still does currently :S
anyway, i wasnt able to read the last 2 bottom panels on last page coz of the blur but i think its nothing important *wink*
EDIT: also, the 2 blurred out bottom panel which i didnt manage to make out in the cam-quality raw mentions that rika wants to kill them all and that she says the younger brother she has at home also sometimes does pranks like that (age of what? 8?
