I think I'd be worried if someone just uses "Kawaii" in general, I hate it when people use it to describe something just out of randomness.
You might defend it as much as you want, fact of the matter is a big part of the attraction of Lolicon is the sexual attraction to underage/pubescent girls.
And just as a side note, Lolicon can in some cases be considered illegal if it's explicit.
And you seem to forget that perhaps people wouldn't go all "OH GOD SHE'S SO CUUUUTE" in public to a real girl because it's not socially acceptable, and they're not saying it over what is essentially an anonymous forum?
