hmm thats a tough one, so far blackbeard seems the strongest cos of his power. ao kiji, kizaru ace,rayleigh (and possibly Dragon) tie in second but there are so many characters i wanna see fight like the Yonkou its pretty hard 2 tell so far. i think luffy has the ability to become the strongest but i dont think hes there yet
