Definitely Yama-jii.. First of all Tsunade can't see him.. Secondly despite his age he could keep up with two much younger captains using Shunpo..Shinobi would never keep up with shinigami.Also did you see his shikai? Can you imagine how immense his bankai is gonna be? There are many other reasons i can name of the bat, but i'll leave it there..Yamamoto would win without a scratch against ANY SHINOBI, EXCLUDING NONE OF THEM...
