Hmm. Well, it's a liyyle different form what yo;ve got listed but Elfen Lied is heavy on the blood flying around. I love it, but more for the story. Can be kinda disturbing at times though. Vampire Hunter D, oldish, but got some decent violence. Blood+ as well, vampires pretty good. I know a few more, but not off the top of my head. Guyver, heard good things.
