History: Son and heir-apparent to the Asagami family, one of the Four Families of the Demon Hunter Organization. The main branch of the Asagami family may have already collapsed, but one of the minor branches is still in existence. Within that minor branch is a young man, Asagami Tetsuo, who is determined to revive the Asagami family back to its former glory. As a young child, he was sent to China to become immersed in its rising economic power. Tetsuo learned and became proficient in various business ventures. It was at the height of his wealth that he found out the current heir to the minor branch in Japan had passed away. Selling all of his assets, Tetsuo said goodbye to China and bought the first plane ticket to Japan. Coming back to his homeland to attend the family funeral and realizing that there was no one qualified to lead the family, he decided to take the initiative by seizing the position as head of the Asagami family. With his diplomatic skills and vast amounts of money he earned in China, he managed to convince the Asagami elders to support him as the next heir. Having control of the family, his goal was obvious; to bring the family back to prominence as one of the major families of the Demon Hunter Organization. He had learned from family records that far away in the city of Fuyuki, rested an object of enormous power; powerful enough to grant the wish of anyone who obtained it. The problem was that it came to existence only once every sixty years and seven people would fight to the death for that one wish. Understanding that the time for its reemergence was soon, Tetsuo prepared himself for the fight that would occur over this powerful relic. Realizing that the next time it appeared would be too late, he flew over to Fuyuki, determined to bring the Asagami family back to prominence with this powerful item.

Personality: Assertive, ambitious and determined - that is what Tetsuo is. Once he put his mind into something, the means he has to go through in order to achieve it would no longer matter. He can be pretentious, calculating and sly when the situation calls for it. These all compliment his inborn talent of high logical thinking which may even be considered to be of genius level. Being a master strategist with unrivaled level of intellect, he sees nothing which he cannot manipulate. His ways of assuring victory often have downturns which make him realize the consequences he usually overlooks. Since he acts in such a way that he will throw away everything he has to grab hold of triumph, he often neglects the impact on people around him. Because of this, he sees himself as a person who cannot feel love, show mercy and pity to his foes or even his own allies. Despite everything, he tries to accept all the consequences of his actions. He may be strong mentally but he is emotionally frail especially when it comes to the matters concerning the people dear to him. Despite his dominating nature and somewhat lack of altruism, he remains loyal to his family and his ideals for a better world. He is a good liar who even lies to himself but his dedication to his family made him vow to never lie to them even when he has to lie to the rest of the world. Because of his love for his family and only them, he aspires for peace which will ascertain his beloved family's safety and looks forward to the day he can return the Asagami family back to its former glory. He may be one of the best examples of a person who can differentiate his personal life and career flawlessly, but he is just human like everyone else. He is charismatic and exudes elegance and eloquence naturally. He dislikes being under control which could be because of his manipulative nature. Even though he may seem apathetic most of the time, empathy is something he knows very well of. He may be withdrawn but he is quite friendly himself although he does not openly accord his friendship just to anyone.

Equipment: Tetsuo carries a Jian on his left hip and a Dao on his right hip at all times.

Abilities:
Telekinesis
Psynergy - Tetsuo has the ability to manipulate objects around him as he desire and propel objects away from him at high speeds. However, anything heavier than a car is impossible for him.
Mirror Shield - When Tetsuo is attacked, he can create a transparent shield to block the attack, a result of his telekinetic powers. Most effective with ranged skills and can block magi-class skills. Servant-class skills and above can penetrate the shield. However, Tetsuo has to concentrate to activate it and in the split second it takes for him to switch from defense to offense, he is left vulnerable.

ESP
Clairvoyance – Tetsuo has the ability to read the minds of people around him. However, he can only read the mind of people he is actually looking at. To compensate for that, he is able to identify any presence surrounding him in a twenty meter radius. Different from a Servant’s ability, his is more instinctual than visionary. Level is Rank B which allows him to sense intentions from people.
Hypnosis – Tetsuo has the ability to alter the memories of people. This ability only works if he is face-to-face with his victim. This ability works well when he wants to hide his presence or hide information from others. Different from mind control. Does not change the personality of the victim to an extreme state. Does not affect Servants.

First Aid
Trained by the Asagami Family’s doctor, Tetsuo has learned to become proficient in healing all forms of injury.

Chinese Martial Arts
Due to his training at various temples in the country of China, Tetsuo has become proficient in various Chinese martial arts, honing his techniques to form a self-defense unique that suits his purposes. Along with that, he has most notable skills with the Gun, Qiang, Jian, and Dao.
