Abilities and skills:
Fire manipulation-Has the ability to manipulate and create flame by shaping it as she desires, increasing or decreasing its heat, intensity, and size, and can throw a stream of flame a maximum distance of 30 feet.Though she cannot be burned by a flame which she is manipulating, Ayano can be harmed by any fire that she does not mentally control. It is generally accepted that she must be able to see a flame in order to take control of it (hence limiting her mental influence to approximately 100 yards).
Sub-element Heat- Has the ability to absorb “heat” from others. It serves as a defense against explosions or other similar fire attacks and when absorbed from a victim, it causes shock and hypothermia. Can also change her heat patterns, making her appear like a regular person when viewed under thermal specs.

Wind manipulation- Can launch blasts of wind that act as blades. However, it can only lacerate an opponent. Can also manipulate wind spirits to create a barrier, protecting her body from physical harm. Ineffective against Servants or tiny projectiles(bullets). Can use ability to create air cushions to block a fall from a height or create a pillar of air that she can stand on.
Sub-element Lightening- Can generate powerful electrical discharges to attack the enemy. Can paralyze them if hit. Can cause blackouts in an entire building if concentrating hard enough.

Illusions-Can affect people with her ability to create illusions. Works on anyone without a Rank A Bravery.

First Aid- Trained by her family doctor at a young age, Karen is able to treat any wounds ranging from minor to severe.

Biography: Karen Ayano has been training her skills at the young age of four. Her parents would not tolerate having a child that was inept at her craft. Despite the hardships, Ayano lived her life the best way she could. She never holds grudges but just moves on. Yet, it got worse for her when her parents were killed by a rival magus family two years later. As a result, she was sent to live with her relatives in Osaka. Life there was terrible yet she continued doing her best to live on. She was never the type to get angry either. Even when she was abused and molested by her uncle at the age of six, she never got angry at him or blamed him because she still trusted and loved him. She had faith in him and still believed in him. Yet, the stress only accumulated when she had bad relationships one after the other; when people started talking about her behind her back; when the one man she thought she truly loved left her for a younger and better-looking girl; when her friend, an emotional support who promised to be there at all times for her, finally moved on from her by getting married to some girl she didn’t even know. All of this accumulated until she couldn’t stand it anymore. This accumulation of events is the cause of her lack of self-worth. Hiding all of this from everyone she knew, her life felt like an empty shell, slowly fading away as people moved on with their lives. While people may think of her as an exemplary person, the truth was nowhere near close. She should’ve gotten professional help, but that costs money and the last thing she wanted to do was to involve anyone in her troubles. Self-mutilation helped, but it only lasted as long as the bleeding did. She tried suicide a multiple number of times, but each time failed in one manner or another. After trying everything she could to stop this feeling, she decided to move, finding a new city to start a new identity. She ended up in Fuyuki City, where she met a person claiming to be a Servant, asking for her help. She didn’t know what to do, except that by helping this person, she actually felt like there was meaning to her life...

Personality: Huge inferiority-complex and no sense of self-worth, Ayano does whatever she can to make other people happy, because that makes her happy. Whenever someone asks her for help, she is unable to refuse and will do all she can to help. However, that will not stop her from being a bitch at times. Very bipolar. But right now, her Servant needs her help...
