Fear comes in many forms. Fear of spiders, snakes, heights and the unknown. Some fears are deep rooted while others are irrational. We all have fears some stronger than others.

Silly fears, I'm afraid of the dark. I know why, still it is dark at night where we live with no city or street lighting and there have to be night lights on in the house all the time. Serious fears, I'm afraid of losing my husband. There is 17 years between us and I know that one day I shall be left alone and I fear that because I depend on him perhaps a bit too much.

What are your fears the ones deep inside? Is there a difference between being afraid of something and fear of something?
