I haven't seen much anime series.. but i've seen much more than 7, so..my Top 7:

-Naruto
-Rurouni Kenshin (Normal Series, Reminescence ad the other-cant remember name)
-One Piece
-NHK ni Youkuso
-Yu Yu Hakusho
-Blue Dragon (I've only seen some minutes but i love it)
-Eyeshield 21

Maybe my top is not like that, but those are my 7 fav's animes.
I think that Dragon Ball Z deserves to be in Top 7, but..y know..DBZ & DB are that classics animes.
