Okay, so I upgraded to windows SP 2 lately, installed BitDefender v10 free edition and updated it.

first problem is, this bdss.exe which is supposed to be the active shield thingy fails all the time and make it impossible to scan the comp because it said it cant connect to the scanner.

the second problem is, when I ran a scan it found that I'm infected with many trojans and viruses but it cant remove it so it quarantined it, is it because it's a free edition so it cant fix it?
