The fact that video has 4 stars and all them views is pretty scary to be honest.
It's just random noises
If I skined multiple animals alive then recorded their screams in pain, it'd just about be the same as that video.

That being said, soothing music helps me get to sleep.
Stuff like: Akeboshi - Wind... And also the band Poets of The Fall.
