Wow, amazing quality. The subtitles don't work though. I'm using VLC player and when I activate the English sub track the word "chapter" shows up at the bottom of the screen and nothing more. There doesn't seem to be anymore options for subs on the file.
Does the English subtitle work for you? I can't seem to find this OVA in Japanese with English subs anywhere else...
