ohw, I've seen many, but i don't have many favorited. As i prefer realy good looking guys from anime :P
well, i liked thse characters that look like girls:

anime Sukisyo character Sunao Fujimori
anime Gravitation character Shuichi.
also there are characters from Loveless, but theyr not quite simular to girls :P
