Priscillia (won't comment on the spelling since I am not sure of it as well) did not lose control of the magical sword, it was the half demon inside her, that took over her and made her 'awakened'.
Theresa could have won, but Prisciallia cheated. You wouldn't call someone with large powers, if throw a sucker punch after they cry about the fight they just had. Would you?
