I was watching Gokusen recently and I noticed that Yamaguchi is similar to Onizuka in that they care about their students so much ... so ...

Which anime teacher would you wish to have had when you were in high school... Yamaguchi or Onizuka???

How about Mizuho from Onegai Teacher. I really don't know too many teachers from animes, but Mizuho was a good charecter. She was just goofy to the max and always got thrown into funny situations. XD

I kinda don't want to have a pervert (Onizuka) as a high school teacher ... since I came from an all girl Catholic school, I'm sure they will not hire him, too harharhar :D




I'm sorry I haven't watched Onegai Teacher, so I don't know if Mizuho is a good teacher ... anyway, please feel free to mention an anime character you think should have been included in the poll ...

I liked the live action of Gokusen, too ... so funny and sweet ... and in the end during the graduation could not help but cry ... waaaaaaaaaah ... and Ryu (the actor who played him) was so cute, he looked like an anime character himself ... I wanna go watch it again :p

oh, I remember her, its the cram school teacher whose husband locked her out of the house :confused: ... that was kinda weird ... but you cannot compare her with onizuka and yamaguchi because these two went out of their way outside of the classroom to help out students in need ... shimizu-sensei only got drunk in hideki's apartment :p

Your talking about ryu from second season right? ah ah! If you like him, you should watch "Nobuta wo Produce", he's the main character in it, and it's pretty funny. You'll also feel really bad for him

Onizuka is certainly a teacher I would've wanted in high school. The anime and manga made me laugh quite a few times. Even though he sucks at teaching, he still cared for his students, not calling the punks trash when other teachers would have.

Yeah, Belldandy would be a good teacher (not to mention great eye-candy for the male students), but the rates of pay for teaching are fixed. The service I'd be most willing to employ her for is babysitting (if I had any brats of my own, that is), because she'd probably leave a lasting impression on my kids that would make them more obedient without any beatings, and babies would stop crying the instant she holds them. For work as a babysitter, I'd pay Bell-chan 2,000 yen an hour, because she's that good.
