Anime RPG

Who else thinks that they should make a completely new anime franchise and instead of making it a show make it a game. And not a lazy game to. With the next gen the graphics can be shaded to be like an anime show. They can use cut scenes for shows the story and they should break down the game kind of episodically. Each time you receive a new quest it should be like a new episode of an anime show. Each time you watch it there is a new theme in that episode. Also i want this game to have the feel of an anime, you know that weird feeling. This can be a completely new direction for rpgs give them a new kind of make over. Maybe some characters should be talking just whenever they want like animes no planed out talking breaks(cut scenes).

It should feel like an anime, maybe instead of using cut scenes the characters should just talk whenever. At least that way most gamers will not get bored. If you guys have any ideas just post them.

i'd be interested. but final fantasy and kingdom hearts satisfies my needs. tales of symphonia is kinda like that already, whole thing anime looking, anime cutscenes, and its an rpg.the quests though, idk because if they were like episodes they would have to be in the right order or else have every single quest/episode have nothing to do with the others. but if they were in a certain order it would pretty much just be like a regular story

I just hate how game developers are lazy but they still want our money.

ya, some of them are, but they are still quite a lot of good games out there (still prefer japanese games as most of their game developer are "not" lazy)

Yah but honestly i think that squarenix is lazy. They should make some other rpg(not ff or dq), although i enjoy both i would just like them to express their talent a bit better.
