Digital Devil Saga I & II

hey guys. I was just wondering if anyone has played either of these games mentioned in the title. I bought them recently (turned out to be quite the task as it is getting increasingly rare or so i hear) and started playing them. I think it is an awesome series, as well as a unique one. Anyway i was just trying to see if anyone has played them, or if someone is in need of an rpg i would recommend it...
(also if anyone does have it i need a little help at 1 part in DDS: I, but ill ask you that later)

This is a ps2 RPG just so you know

yeah, its an awesome game in my opinion, mostly for the difficulty. Its turn system is a little different i.e. you get an extra half a turn for hitting an enemy with their weakness, however it works the other way as well. and if you hit with their element then you lose a full turn...it takes some strategy and time to get into.

Anyway. so basically the story is set in the junkyard where there are clans that are trying win control of the territory to make it to nirvana. anywho you get hit with a mysterious light that eventually allows you to transform into demons for battle. you work your way through the storyline and there are a few sidequests and such. I still cant get past the one boss because its so freakin hard. It uses a technique called psycho rage giving it like 5 turns before you even attack =( i still need to figure out a way to beat this guy. but anywho gamespot has a good review here:

I heard it was pretty good but never played it......
