Aria is rather slow, but VERY cute :3 Its well worth watching through the 2nd season (Aria the Natural) because the first and third are just adorable <3

Actually, possible correction, it could be Hikari from 'This Ugly Yet Beautiful World', I do remember having a conversation with Deekle about it, and having watched the anime myself... Its the uniform that threw me off, but once I looked at the hair, I new it couldnt be Akari. So, my 1st best guess would be Hikari, 2nd would be Akari
