I would have to say Fantastic Four. The first Spiderman movie was tolerable, but they got progressively worse.

I remember when i use to watch it and you know how the scenes where Spiderman was web slinging between the buildings it was done in 3D, i use to think wow so awesome when i was a kid Lol great cartoon.

Iron Man, definitely. The actor was perfectly chosen for the part and it was just funny and action-packed at the same time. It was rather unique in a way since the hero didn't start out as the typical adolescent boy who later grows and becomes the great hero of the city. It's pretty hard to beat that movie.
