At the moment it would have to be Fullmetal Alchemist: Conqueror Of Shambala. Advent Children is another of my favorite anime movies, but that is not based off an anime. =p Another great anime movie is The Promised Place in Our Early Days, this one is just a movie by itself though.

I've only watched Full Metal Alchemist the movie and 5 cm per second and both are very good ... although I like the visuals and animation of 5 cm per second ... its very moving and the soundtrack was very good ...

Umm, i recently watched an anime movie called "the girl who leapt through time" t'was very good :), but it wasn't made from an anime, but it was from a manga though!
