I wanted to share this site. It's a forum that requires registering to download, but there's no other limitations that I can tell.

It's pretty underground and there doesn't seem to be many members. I stumble upon it while surfing around anime blogs. The links are all direct download from their site and I get really good speeds, not sure what you might get because I don't know anyone else that uses this site. I've spoken with the guys that own the site and they are pretty cool people.
