There is actually something called something like that (close enough really) which takes place after fate stay night, and during it. It has something to do with a time loop or something.

Maybe you mean Fate/Hollow Ataraxia.
I'm not really familiar with the story, but yeah, it took place after the event from Fate/Stay Night, where all the servants and master, except Kotomine, are revived. There is supposedly no Grail War going on, yet Bazzet and her servant keep experiencing the four days loop.
