I have heard about this game but never actually played it!
Whats it like?
What are the graphics like?
If anyone has played or has any info please post!

There are many version of it PS1,PS2 and PSP

PS1 Final Fantasy VII (The original one)

As for PS2 - Final Fantasy VII : Dirge Of Cerberus (Story continue after the event of Final Fantasy VII : Advent Children)

For PSP version Final Fantasy VII : Crisis Core

That is all :)

There are movie for this too but i bet you have seen it already right? :D

the story in the original one (PSone) was great, but the graphics are really sucky (/outdated, haha) though. There was a period where people were talking about making a remake with updated graphics, because a fan asked the maker, who answered "...maybe..." with a faint smile.
Later at E3, SquareEnix told the public that they didn't have any plans for a remake, which disappointed a lot of fans, who had expected to see Aerith (/Aeris) live one more time

I would definetly recommend playing FF7. It is my favorite game of all time. The story and charecters are great! The graphics aren't great, but everything else in the game makes up for it. I Iove the materia system too. There are lots of great combos. :)

The one im planning on getting is final fantasy 7 ultima edition. is that the one with bad graphics or good graphics?
and yes i have seen a bit of advent children , not all!

yah, Ultima Edition is the PC-version.
is (almost) identical to the PS-version. I played both, but don't remember any differences
