Best Version of Photoshop - Page 2

Obviously for older machines the earlier versions would be better, for the photo shop program is massive and need a decent amount of ram to run it....but for functions and ease of use, I use CS3....ive tried CS4 but there seems to be to many new fiddly little things that get in the way, and its even larger than CS3...there all good though depends what your machine can handle :P

My labtop is 7 years old with a 1 ghz processor and 1.25gigs of ram. CS3 is really nice on it, I can edit double my resolution of my screen with barely any lag. Maybe it is just because my mac was top of the line when it came out.

well, here i thought i should get a start up on learning photoshop but wtf, i installed CS2 and it says its a trial version, for **** sake i thought CS2 is free!!

Most Adobe products aren't free sadly. D: anyway, I think CS4 is simple and easy to use although they took off a lot of things other versions of Photoshop had. which makes you search all over the internet to get the tool you want that was on a older version. xD

arrrrg man, now i have to search for a serial or keygen, don't really want to pay over 10 bucks for those things

PS CS4 portable version is free to use. Same as the Office portable version.
its light fast and can do all the main functions ( as mentioned in the first page by me )
