I haven't repped him for a while ... really loved the review and you even mentioned which ones are freeware and which ones are paid software ... right now I'm using Avast! and I'm so happy you included it in your review ... Avast! is the kind of software you install and just forget about it, but it works really well and it updates by itself even without prompting from me and it doesn't even need to re-start to computer after it upgrades itself (unlike windows updates) ... great job BlackBlade

Thank you so much for all of the rep and credits everyone! I have just posted the testing results of the anti-virus software pieces. Some of you should be happy when they see the ratings (like ah.ni.may), while others might consider switching anti-virus programs. hi BlackBlade ... I'm still looking forward to your other reviews like the adware or malware protection programs ... My brother has his own computer at home, while I have a laptop with the avast! installed ... lately I've been using his computer because its faster (we upgraded it last year) ... and I found out he was using AVG anti-virus software ... but while I was using his computer, the AVG has pop ups telling us to register or pay(?) for the use of the software or else they will not update the software anymore ... so I uninstalled AVG and installed avast! in his computer, during the initial scan, it already detected a Trojan which the AVG did not detect ... I really like avast! ... and after I registered with them (its free) ... they said I can register again after 14 months (its still free) to upgrade the software ... its really cool ...

Um...hate to say this, but he was using a cracked serial lol... Thats the warning they started giving to people using cracked serials, I should know I just recently bought AVG Pro legit ;\

Alright everyone! I just released the names of the firewalls that I tested. The actual review will be posted Sunday/Monday. Which ones do you think will win? ;-) I want to see what the community thinks before I release my results!
