If you use dvd flick, you must convert avi to mpeg2 then burn dvd I always use Aimersoft DVD Creator, it can easily convert all popular video formats (AVI, MP4, MPG, MPEG, 3GP, WMV, ASF, RM, RMVB, DAT, MOV, FLV, etc) to DVD and burn DVD movie played on portable and home DVD players, that's very good, you can check it out for free | |

A DVD can be burnt as a movie DVD (meaning it can be played in most home DVD players) or a data DVD (meaning it contains the physical data files burnt onto it. This DVD will not work in most stand-alone players). If you want backups of your anime, or you watch it mostly on a computer, then stick with the AVI files and burn it as a data DVD. If you plan on taking these files and watching them on a TV at someone's house, then burn it as a movie DVD. You can fit more anime episodes in the data DVD format than the movie DVD format, as the latter greatly enlarges the file sizes.
