I don't know why....but if its because any kind of firewall setings or something try using this...ctunel....this is a proxy so when you go and sign in it will use some other IP adress..(if that does not work try this link (you just think its the same...but it's not )

yep....like I said before...just type free internet proxy in google and a whole bunch of pages will appear....use the first link (http://www.daveproxy.co.uk/) and copy paste the URL of the page you want to visit in the box....then it will automatically change your IP adress

It's easier just to get a proxy list and load them onto firefox then it should allow you to browser the internet with another IP other than your real one.
