Music part extractor

I have been looking for a long time now for a program, that could somehow extract instrument part from music file, for example, Bass part from any kind of tune.
So, anyone knows where could I get such program, if it exists at all?

A application that can do that,very hard to find,all those app's are for professional use,and it's incedibly hard tto find cracked versions...
But something along the lines of Fruty Loops ,Cubase 5,TF3D,Accustica etc...

Hmmm, think I'll try one of those.
I'm pretty much desperate to extract bass parts from songs, since I want to write down those notes try them out myself
