It was InuYasha in 8th grade during History class. I remember my Japanese friend was reading it and I asked her about it and she loaned it to me along with more later on. I don't remember which volume it was, but it was an interesting experience since it was the first time I was reading something backwards.

I my interest in anime had been awakened by the daft punk music video's and I was passing a comic book shop and FMP was on display
it was the first manga I'd ever seen so i chanced my arm and loved it

My first manga was Naruto. Then, I think I read Kodocha. That one is old but they had it in my school. I would ignore my teachers to read in class. xDD They would get super mad at me but they culdnt do anything to me cus i still got all A's in their classes. xDDD
