didn't she just say, that there was too much yoki to predict the direction of the attacks? She should still be able to sense the sudden release of yoki the moment Priscilla prepared her attack

I think Teresa stopped being cold-hearted, and that was why she got killed.
As for the manga, I enjoyed it as much as the anime.
