Well, I just added these ranks to the list they are just power ranks, only the Admin can change you into a mod. =p

Are only the moderators and admins allow to change their color? 'cause I saw tankjan changed his color from green into red. And red is not part of the member ranks.

Just for general help (Not post counts)

Tankjan was promoted to a Mod yes (by Scoutz), hence why her colour went to red. It signifies her position, she did not get a choice about the colour, red is just the 'chosen' one that makes it plain and obvious that you are a mod.
Otherwise, you will change rank in accordance to your post count, just like above, along with the colour it changes too. There is no other way to change.

How come Shashi-chan had his avatar animated. He's still a Belias right? I used to change my avatar to another animated avatar but it said that I cannot upload animated images. How come? is he a mod or an admin?

The PM Box-sizes on that list haven't been updated

and there're ways to bypass that system. Look, my name isn't the right color :D

Green = S-Mod
Red = (Co)Admin
Tankjan went from S-Mod -> Co-Admin

Shashi hasn't changed his avatar since he was an admin (he isn't one anymore)
if he was to change it now, he prolly wouldn't be able to use something that big (and animated) again
