Yeah, most are subbed but an occasional few will be dubbed...

Depends ...
If ur downloading from the anime forum in the download section,it's says whether the anime is subbed/dubbed/raw ... but if ur donwlaoading from the main site the first link is almost always a link to MU subbed ep's,the other's are mirror sites and usually they are either subbed but in different video format [i.e. RMVB] or they are dubbed ... but when u click them the description will tell u about that ep.

Probably over 95% on the main site is subbed (I didn't download from all 40.000 mirrors though =p)

But most are dub/rmvb mirrors ... and i prefer the sub/avi versions ...
Hmm... i don't know on what ur working on scoutz for the new web page but that's not a bad idea ... to give a little summarize about the DL link ... i.e.
NARUTO > EPISODE 77 > mirrors 3 >
mirror 1 - a dub version in avi format
mirror 2 - a sub version in rmvb format
mirror 3 - a sub version in avi format [subgruop DB]

like that ... it would be hard to do that for all 40.000 links though
