where is the best place to upload anime?

hi all, could you give me advice where is the best place to upload anime? where it is free to make account, and the link will stand in a long time without deletion. thx. xD

I personally use MegaUpload, MediaFire and DivShare. all those sites keeps your links forever (that's what they all claim). I've used other upload sites but after 1 month if no one is downloading them then they delete my uploads (which sucks). MediaFire and Divshare has a 100 or 200 mb limit, though. I have a lot of movies averaging around 600 - 700 mb files and I can only upload them to MegaUpload (I have premium account). If you don't have premium account you can still upload up to 500 mb. so for me the best choice is MegaUpload.

A lot of people especially those outside of the US do not like using MU because they have limited capacity to download though. although, nowadays, there are links and generators to by-pass this.

Yeah, and I'm one them that live outside US. Well, I guess I'm stuck with MU for now. Currently I'm uploading one of my anime. The size is around 200MB, but !@$@#%$% the upload speed is soooo sloooooooww ....

here's what it shows :

Estimated time left: 02 : 25 : 11 (122.73 MB of 234.26 MB)
Elapsed time - Transfer rate: 02 : 39 : 46 - 13 KB/s

really different with my download speed. Usually when I'm downloading from MU, the speed could reach around 230 KB/s. Is it always like this? Or is it because I'm using free acc?

Well, it also could be because of my own network is limiting my uplink? I'm using a shared DSL connection though. xD if this is because of my own network, then I guess I'm stuck with this speed.

maybe you can try using AniUP ... the admin of animea scoutz-sama also owns the same upload site ... although there are times when it is down ... check out the main page of animea, it has the link there somewhere

media fire is nice ... I use it to upload my ebooks, manga scanlations and small files ... but it can only accomodate 100 mb file ... a HQ anime episode is around 180 - 200 mb so I cannot upload to mediafire ... maybe I can upload some rm/rmvb files that are less than 100 mb ... or you could split the video file into 2 parts so that each part is less than 100 mb then upload to mediafire ... that would work

MU is cool now bcoz of the premium link gen, i dont recommend mediafire coz they delete files every now and then

Ok I moved this to the right section not sure why it was in the Guides section, anyways, I always use Megaupload since I have a Premium acct my links dont expire. ^_^
