It will mainly be a compilation of the confrontations between the vigilante Light and the detective L, re-edited from the perspective of Light's Shinigami (God of Death) Ryuk. All-new dialogue and soundtrack will be recorded, and scenes will have additional animation that could not be included in the original series.

Well I have really hated how DN turned out after ep 28, just watch this and you guys can be happy :)

That's pretty good, I agree with you about the ending. I wasn't sure about how it was going to end, but after 'L' died it went downhill.
