Are you sure that this is the real full OP song?
It's practically just repeating the first one minute and 40 seconds over with different intervals, and there are various places where the music doesn't connect (especially in later half). I suspect the possibility of this being a custom work made by putting pieces of the TV size version together.

Edit#1: I've just confirmed with youtube posts. This is indeed NOT the actual full OP of Only my Railgun. I do not know whether the full OP is out yet or not, but if you're interested to know what the full one is like, here's the youtube sample:
