Default Goth Novel Slated for Hollywood Adaptation
The Daily Variety Gotham entertainment industry newspaper is reporting that the Fox Atomic movie studio plans to create a live-action adaptation of Otsuichi's Japanese murder mystery novel Goth, the source of a manga drawn by artist Kendi Oiwa (Welcome to the N.H.K.). Mimic 3 director and videogame script writer J.T. Petty is set to direct the film.
