Default Mameushi Children's Picture Book Adapted as TV Anime
The official web of Tadashi Akiyama's Mameushi picture book series has announced that an Mameushi-kun animated television series will premiere this October 6 at 8:30 a.m. on tvk, a station in Japan's Kanagawa Prefecture. It will also air on TV Saitama, Chiba TV, and Sun TV. Mameushi (literally, "Tiny Cow") follows the farmland adventures of a calf that is as small as a dust speck. It will air within the Chibi Ani Gekijō (Tiny Animation Theater) program along with another 15-minute program, Wankorobee.
