FirstShowing.net is running an interview with Colin Brady, the director of Imagi Animation's computer-graphics movie adaptation of Osamu Tezuka's Astro Boy/Mighty Atom manga. Brady plans to aim for a "hard PG" rating, with an appreciable amount of robot fighting. The story under development will begin with Astro's origin. Last month, the Hollywood Reporter newspaper posted the first public image of the movie's preliminary footage, but it has since removed it.
