This series started off like the game, but it quickly establishes the fact that it will end one way, and leans heavily towards the cliche " first girl ". There's the colorful cast of characters supporting the delinquent main character- Tomoya, and the " first girl " Nagisa. The cast of characters are quite average for a anime, especially a harem. Theres nothing really memorable about most of them, save one or two, since there's your " strong girl ", " bossy girl ", "genius girl ", and so on. The storyline is standard, but it welds nicely with the whole theme of family. Overall, I have not seen a episode that's boring, but at the same time, I can't say that ALL of them were memorable, but it's definitely a good series to watch.

This has been one of the most dramatized anime series Ive watched and the animation in this series was very good. Characters look great as well as the small story arcs really hook you into watching more about whats happening around the characters lives. It was a bit boring sometimes though.

8/10 for me

I like all stories like this, where there is guy who has to choose a girl, but personally I say he made THE WRONG CHOICE. Personally I found it quite disappointing, but in the end very good ultimately. I even got the visual novel.

I loved this show beyond belief. It was a nice break from all the fantasy and gave me a reality break. It was beautiful and touching, and I think Tomoya made a good choice for HIM. I loved all the other girls, but I thought Nagisa [although she wasn't the strongest character] and Tomoya complimented each other phenomenally, and Nagisa proved that she was actually the stronger of the two. :P

this is the best anime i've ever seen until now...

we can really feel attached to the character, music is great, storyline epic, great animation....

i give this anime 10/10 :D

One of my personal favorite.... I love the story and characters in it.
It made my day when i watch every episode of it.
I miss my highschool days.....
